Digital Delivery

1. Digital products only

Sovinis LLC provides downloadable movement guides and planners. The Move Well After 40 ebook, movement planner, and bundle are digital products. No printed book, exercise equipment, or other physical item is shipped.

There are no shipping or digital-delivery charges. Any applicable taxes are shown at checkout before payment.

2. How you receive your files

When sales open, download links will be provided through the order confirmation page and the order email sent to the address entered at checkout after successful payment confirmation. If your order is linked to a customer account, available downloads can also be accessed through that account.

The bundle includes access to both the ebook and planner. Download every file listed for the product you purchased.

3. Delivery timing

Digital delivery is intended to be automatic after payment is confirmed. Pending, failed, or unpaid orders do not receive download access. Payment checks, email filtering, or technical interruptions can delay access.

If payment has been confirmed but your links are missing, contact Sovinis LLC at contact@sovinis.com. You do not need to wait for a postal delivery or a shipping notification.

4. Opening and printing your PDFs

You need an internet connection to download your files, enough storage space, and a compatible PDF reader. Save the files to your device before opening them if your browser preview does not work correctly.

You can read PDFs on a compatible computer, tablet, or phone. Where a product includes fillable fields, use a PDF application that supports those fields; features can vary between apps. The product description identifies included formats and features.

Printing is optional and for personal use. Printer settings can affect scale, margins, and color. Printing costs are your responsibility.

5. Missing email or incorrect address

Check your spam, junk, and promotions folders and search for messages from Sovinis. You can also return to the order confirmation page or check your account downloads if available.

If you entered the wrong email address or cannot find your order, email contact@sovinis.com with your order number, purchase date, and the email address used at checkout. Sovinis LLC may ask for information needed to verify the purchase before changing access details. Never send full payment-card details or passwords.

6. Keeping your downloads

Save a personal backup of your purchased files. Any download limits or link-expiry conditions will be disclosed before purchase and reflected in the delivery instructions.

If a link stops working, contact Sovinis LLC with your order details so Sovinis LLC can investigate. Your purchase covers the edition and files described at checkout; additional products or future editions are included only where expressly stated.

Download links and files are for your personal use under Sovinis LLC’s Terms & Conditions. Do not publicly share or resell them.

7. Availability

Digital products do not require a shipping destination. Ordering availability depends on the countries and payment methods supported at checkout and any applicable legal restrictions. Sovinis LLC does not promise purchasing access in every country.

8. Delivery problems and refunds

If the wrong file is supplied, a file is damaged, or you cannot access your purchase, contact Sovinis LLC so Sovinis LLC can help. Tell Sovinis LLC which file is affected, the device and PDF app you are using, and any error message.

Sovinis LLC’s 14-day money-back guarantee applies even after downloading. You do not have to accept troubleshooting instead of a refund if your request qualifies. Your statutory rights concerning missing, faulty, or misdescribed digital content are unaffected.

Sovinis LLC may update this policy as delivery services change. Updates will not reduce delivery commitments or consumer rights attached to an existing purchase.
