Refund Policy

1. Sovinis LLC’s 14-day guarantee

If your Sovinis digital purchase is not right for you, email Sovinis LLC within 14 calendar days of purchase for a full refund of the amount paid for that product, including applicable taxes collected by Sovinis LLC.

The guarantee covers the Move Well After 40 ebook, the movement planner, and the ebook-and-planner bundle purchased directly from sovinis.com. You can request a refund even if you have already downloaded or opened the files. You do not need to prove that a product is faulty or provide a reason.

Your request is considered on time based on when you send it, not when Sovinis LLC replies. Sovinis LLC does not deduct an administration or processing fee from a refund under this guarantee.

2. How to request a refund

Email contact@sovinis.com with the subject “Refund request” and include:

• Your order number, if available.
• The email address used for the purchase.
• The product or bundle you would like refunded.

If you cannot find your order number, tell Sovinis LLC your purchase date and checkout email so Sovinis LLC can help locate the order. Feedback is welcome but optional. Never send your full card number, password, or verification codes.

3. How refunds are returned

After locating the purchase and confirming that your request falls within the guarantee, Sovinis LLC will arrange the refund and email you confirmation. Refunds normally go back to the original payment method. If that method cannot receive the refund, Sovinis LLC will work with the payment provider to resolve it.

The time for funds to appear depends on the payment method and your bank. Sovinis LLC’s confirmation will distinguish a refund that has been submitted from one still awaiting processing. Contact Sovinis LLC if an expected refund does not appear.

Sovinis LLC refunds in the original transaction currency. Currency conversion and fees charged independently by your bank may affect the amount shown in your local currency.

4. Bundles and separate purchases

For a bundle refund, the guarantee covers the full bundle price paid; the refund is not calculated from the separate retail prices of the ebook and planner. If you purchased the products separately, you may request a refund for either purchase within its own 14-day period.

5. Missing files, errors, or duplicate charges

Please contact Sovinis LLC if a download is missing, the wrong file was supplied, a file cannot be opened, or the product is materially different from its description. Sovinis LLC can help restore access, provide the correct file, or arrange an appropriate remedy.

If you were charged twice for the same purchase unintentionally, send Sovinis LLC the relevant order details so Sovinis LLC can investigate and refund any confirmed duplicate payment.

You do not have to accept troubleshooting instead of a refund when your request qualifies for Sovinis LLC’s 14-day guarantee.

6. After a refund

Once your purchase has been refunded, its personal-use licence ends. Please stop using the refunded product and delete its downloaded and backup copies. Do not redistribute the files or download links. For a fully refunded bundle, this applies to both included products.

No physical return or postage is required because Sovinis LLC’s products are digital downloads.

7. Your statutory rights

Sovinis LLC’s 14-day guarantee is an additional voluntary benefit. It does not replace or reduce rights you may have under applicable consumer law, including rights relating to faulty, misdescribed, or undelivered digital content.

After the guarantee period, a change-of-mind refund is not promised, but Sovinis LLC will still assess issues and provide remedies required by law. Downloading a file does not automatically remove all refund or cancellation rights.

Where a statutory withdrawal right applies, any exception for immediate digital delivery must meet the consent and acknowledgement requirements of applicable law. This policy does not itself waive those rights.

8. Changes and contact

Any future changes to this policy will be dated on this page. They will not reduce the guarantee offered when you made an existing purchase.
