1. Sovinis LLC’s digital products

Sovinis LLC’s collection includes the Move Well After 40 guide, a movement planner, and a bundle combining them. Each product description identifies what is included, its file format, and any stated compatibility requirements.

Products are digital downloads. Physical books, exercise equipment, personal coaching, and video lessons are not included unless expressly listed. An internet connection is needed to download files, and compatible software is needed to open them. Printing is optional and at your own expense.

2. Orders and prices

You must be at least 18 and legally able to enter into a purchase agreement. Provide accurate contact and billing information and use a payment method you are authorized to use.

Prices are displayed in United States dollars (USD), unless another currency is clearly stated. Any applicable taxes and the final amount payable will be shown before you confirm your order. Your bank may apply its own currency-conversion or transaction fees.

Sovinis LLC’s guide, planner, and bundle are one-time purchases, not subscriptions. Available payment methods are shown at checkout. An order is accepted when payment is successfully processed and Sovinis LLC issues confirmation of acceptance.

If Sovinis LLC cannot supply an accepted order, Sovinis LLC will notify you and refund the amount paid. If a material pricing or description error affects an order, Sovinis LLC will explain it and offer a correction for your agreement or cancel and refund it. Price changes do not alter an already accepted order.

3. Digital delivery

When sales open, the checkout and product description will explain how and when download access is provided. Delivery is electronic to the email address you supply and/or through the order page, as specified at checkout.

Check your email address before ordering. If an expected download does not arrive, check your spam folder and contact contact@sovinis.com with your order number. Sovinis LLC will help resolve missing access, incorrect files, or files that cannot be opened.

Save a backup of your purchased files. Future editions, additional products, and unlimited replacement downloads are not included unless expressly promised in the product description. This does not limit any rights you have under applicable law.

4. Personal-use licence

A purchase grants you a nonexclusive, nontransferable licence to download, read, and print the purchased files for your own personal, noncommercial use. Ownership of the content remains with Sovinis LLC or its licensors.

You may keep personal backup copies. You may not resell, redistribute, publicly upload, share download links, remove copyright notices, or use the material in paid classes or commercial products without written permission, except where applicable law permits otherwise.

5. Exercise and health information

Sovinis LLC’s materials provide general education about movement and planning. They are not medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, rehabilitation, or an individualized exercise prescription. Buying a product does not establish a clinician–patient or personal-training relationship.

Choose activities appropriate to your abilities. If you have a medical condition, injury, pregnancy-related concern, or uncertainty about suitability, seek advice from an appropriately qualified professional before beginning. Stop an activity if it causes pain or makes you feel unwell.

Individual experiences and results vary. Sovinis LLC does not promise particular fitness, weight-loss, pain-relief, or health outcomes. These statements do not exclude responsibilities or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

6. Refunds and consumer rights

Sovinis LLC’s Refund Policy explains how to request help or a refund and the conditions of any voluntary refund offer. Contact Sovinis LLC if a purchase is missing, defective, incorrectly supplied, or materially different from its description.

Digital delivery does not automatically remove your statutory rights. Where a legal cancellation or withdrawal right applies, any exception for immediately supplied digital content requires the consent and acknowledgement required by applicable law. Accepting these terms alone is not a blanket waiver.

Nothing in these terms limits mandatory rights concerning faulty, misdescribed, or undelivered digital content.

7. Website use

Do not use the website for fraud, unlawful activity, unauthorized access, distributing malware, or interference with other users. Keep any account credentials and private download links secure.

Sovinis LLC may restrict access where reasonably necessary to address misuse or security threats. Any action affecting a paid order remains subject to your contractual and statutory rights.

8. Sovinis LLC’s responsibilities

Sovinis LLC aims to describe products accurately and provide the digital content agreed at purchase. Website access may be interrupted by maintenance or technical problems; this does not remove Sovinis LLC’s obligations for accepted orders.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

Mandatory consumer protections and any rights to bring a claim in a competent court remain available. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.

9. Privacy

Sovinis LLC’s Privacy Policy explains how Sovinis LLC handles personal information. Please do not send full card details, passwords, or verification codes by email.

10. Changes and contact

Sovinis LLC may update these terms and the date shown above. Updated terms apply to future orders; they do not retrospectively remove rights attached to an existing purchase.
